Any New PowerHockey Teams Starting......Any new teams starting up that might be playing in the PowerHockey Cup 2008? Any word on where it might be?

I guess no one is brave enough to speak out yet.
My guess would be that Carolina, even though they've enjoyed having Maryland play with them, would like to expand and have their own team next time.
As well I'm sure Maryland would like their own team.
I guess we'll see.

Does NC not have alot of players to have there own team and the same goes for Maryland?

There's probably just as many players, but it's probably more about other things.
For example, hockey is not very popular here. Sure the Hurricanes won the Cup this year, but most have already forgotten.
We have to get the word out more than you guys. People aren't looking to play hockey of any kind here.
Then, when you do find someone, they're scared of getting hurt, their family can't get them to practice or games. Too many excuses.
Some are just lazy.
There is all kinds of different reasons. We're hoping to get the word out more and hope the Hurricanes win helps with recruiting.
We'll see?
